VS Groeiersgroep consists only of commercial producers / farmers and is represented by a board of directors nominated and elected from among the members, by the members. Geographical location of members has expanded over the past 2 years and includes several regions in South Africa namely Gauteng, Free State, North West, Mpumalanga and North Natal. Currently VS Groeiersgroep consists of 125 entity registered members of which 9 members serve on the board. The administrative and financial management is carried out under the control of the board by the financial and administrative staff of VS Agri. VS Groeiersgroep was founded by farmers, is managed by farmers for the benefit of farmers.
